A free visit and measured survey. We tell you honestly what’s possible, what it’s likely to cost and what permissions you’ll need.

Quote & plan
A fixed, itemised quotation and a start date. For bigger jobs we also arrange drawings and Building Regulations sign-off.

Do the work
One point of contact, the right trades in the right order, and regular updates until the work is done.

Handover
A final walk-round together, any certificates your job needs, and a clean, tidy home. We’re only a call away afterwards.

07Questions
Can you handle a whole renovation, with every trade?
Yes. Building work, roofing, plastering, electrics, plumbing, heating, flooring, decorating, doors, windows and outdoor work are all done by our team, so you don’t have to find and organise separate trades.
Are your quotes fixed-price?
We give you an itemised, fixed-price quotation based on agreed drawings and a specification. Any change is priced and agreed in writing before the work goes ahead.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. As well as extensions and full renovations, we fit doors and locks, fix leaks and roofs, replace boilers, put up fences and sheds, hang wallpaper and much more. No job is too small to ask about.
Will I need to move out during a renovation?
Often not. Where we can, we phase the work so a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom stay usable. If moving out would be safer or faster, we’ll tell you at the survey.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All our work comes with a written workmanship guarantee, and the details are set out in your quotation.
